Yes, completely. Most people do. Even those who’ve been wanting to do this for a while. Reaching out takes courage, and it’s okay if it feels uncomfortable at first. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you start. That’s what we’re here for together.
What therapeutic modalities do you use?
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brainspotting into my practice to provide a comprehensive approach tailored to your unique needs.
How often should I attend therapy sessions?
The frequency of sessions depends on your individual circumstances and goals. Initially, weekly sessions are often recommended to build momentum and address immediate concerns. As progress is made, sessions may be scheduled less frequently.
Do you accept Insurance?
Yes, I accept select commercial plans from Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, and United Healthcare.
How much will it cost me? Cost varies based on your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company for specific details regarding copays or deductibles.
What is your self-pay rate?
Sessions are 50 minutes and are $235 per session.
Are sessions conducted in person or online?
All sessions are conducted online using HIPAA-compliant software.
How confidential is therapy?
Your privacy is paramount. Information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential, with exceptions in cases involving self-harm, harm to others, abuse of minors or the elderly, or if the information is subpoenaed or court-mandated.
